By creating an account or using Gellerite, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and deliver that content to your clients on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

You agree not to misuse the service, including uploading unlawful content, attempting to disrupt the platform, or infringing the rights of others.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you may export your data within a reasonable period.

Gellerite is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
