Privacy policy

We collect the information you provide when you create a studio account — your name, studio name, email address — and the content you upload, such as galleries, photos and invoice details. We also collect basic usage and device information to keep the service secure and reliable.

We use your information to operate Gellerite: to deliver galleries to your clients, generate invoices and receipts, process payments, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data.

You may optionally create or sign in to your Gellerite studio account using Google Sign-In. When you choose this option, Gellerite uses the minimum needed to confirm your identity and set up your account.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment partners. Card details are handled by those partners and are never stored on Gellerite's servers.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Gellerite (such as hosting, storage and payments), and where required by law. Your clients only ever see the galleries and documents you choose to share with them.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
